The Local Palate sent writer, Brennen Jensen, and myself to the Eastern Shore of Maryland for a bay-to-table story about Blue Crab. I was flattered that Editor In Chief, Peggy Loftus, referred to Brennen and I as the "dream team," and grateful, as always, for the work. From a 47-foot deadrise on the Chesapeake Bay to the picking floor of a 130 year old crab company, our trip touched on the entire supply chain, introduced us to some wonderful people, and sent us home tan and tired.
