Belmont Butchery and Preservation Virginia decided to throw a party at Patrick Henry's Scotchtown with all the best local chefs, farms, bartenders, and producers in order to promote the local culinary scene and to celebrate Belmont's anniversary, and thus 'Beast Feast' was born. Friend and butcher, Tanya Cauthen, kindly invited me along to do my thing.
Brought an assistant and a light and shot whatever the hell we wanted. Ate like kings. Drank like sailors. Had a blast.
